This program will provide an overview of the appropriate indications and prosthetic applications for dental implant treatment. A range of restorative options will be presented, from fully edentulous cases to single- or multiple-tooth implant cases. Topics that will be discussed include treatment planning for esthetic success and the restoration process with corresponding prosthetic component options. Participants will learn how to place abutments and recognize the different techniques and components required for implant-level and abutment-level impressions. The program will demonstrate the advantages of tissue-level and bone-level restorative platforms for clinicians transitioning into implant dentistry. Participants of this program will understand how to assimilate restorations supported by dental implants into their practice with predictability and confidence.

Kenneth H. Nussen, D.D.S. broad experience includes over 20 years in clinical care as dentist and multi practice owner, multiple oral care start-ups and seven years in clinical oversight and direct management of providers in the DSO space. Currently as the Director of Education at Beacon Bay Dental, he spearheads the educational efforts and provider outreach for all laboratories as well as strategizing for business development and growth. In this position, he has been a clinical speaker at leading implant company courses, dental study clubs and private dental offices nationally. Dr Nussen received his Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from the University of Southern California and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Southern California (Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry).
